Each unit is structured as a condominium, providing full ownership and a recorded deed at closing. As an owner, you’ll also become a member of the 24 West Condominium Association, which manages and maintains the property as a cohesive community. 24 West includes modest association dues, comparable to those of other condominium communities. These dues help cover key shared expenses such as insurance for common structures and grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and ongoing maintenance of shared areas. Fees are billed twice a year and are projected to average less than $250 per month. Reserving your 24-West unit is easy and completely risk-free. Simply choose the light industrial or residential condominium unit you’d like to reserve, and we’ll send you a short, one-page reservation form to complete and sign. Once you return the form with a $1,000 refundable deposit—held safely with our title company—your unit will be secured. As construction nears completion, we’ll help you transition your reservation into a purchase agreement. When your unit is finished, we’ll schedule your closing and hand you the keys to your new space.
