24 West Industrial Park features five buildings, each designed with 12 flexible-use units for a total of 60 units. Every corner unit offers a mixed residential and industrial layout, while interior units can be customized for full industrial use or a partial residential component. Each unit measures 25 by 60 feet and can accommodate up to two stories, providing a maximum of 3,000 square feet of usable space. Compared to typical industrial offerings, 24 West units are notably larger — giving you more room to work, create, and live.
